About us

Founded in March 2013 by Jean-Sébastien Vachon and Jasmin Manseau, we began operations out of Jean-Sébastien’s house with only two employees. Today, our team of  30 full-time employees occupy a 5,000 sq. ft. office on Chemin Pink in the Plateau area of Gatineau.

We have overcome the shortcomings of traditional project management models by developing the Object Oriented Management® model. This approach allows people to break projects down into manageable pieces, based on the generic nature of these units. Inteloom refers to these units as objects.

Our Object Oriented Management® approach  is easily customizable and can be adapted to any business or project. Our team of experts have helped clients deliver quality projects in sectors that range from Insurance to retail.

Jean-Sébastien Vachon


Chief Executive Officer

Jean-Sébastien is a software engineer, project manager, management architect and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of technical and managerial experience. He is an expert in project management, business analysis, software development, information management, database design and data migrations. In his career, he has gained in-depth expertise in several project management methodologies including PMI, Agile, Lean and others. He has a Bachelor of Software Engineering from the University of Ottawa, as well as an MBA from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa. Jean-Sébastien has been a professional engineer since 2012 and earned his PMP designation in 2016.

Colin Greer


Deputy Chief Executive

Over the past 15 years in the software industry, Colin has held a variety of managerial roles in companies ranging from large multinationals to small start-ups. He currently oversees Inteloom’s team of software developers, business analysts and project managers, ensuring that all projects are delivered to client’s satisfaction. Along with the other directors, he devises planning and execution strategy for all external and internal projects.

André Breault


Chief Financial Officer

André has an MBA from Telfer School of Business and is a good standing member at the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of Ontario and Quebec.  He is also a Professor of Accounting at the University of Ottawa. Throughout his career, André has worked in number of different industries and working environments.  These experiences have provided him with tools for rapid detection of areas of risk and to suggest practical, situation-specific solutions. Through his passion for accounting and its contributions to the sphere of management, it has become a mission for André to make accessible this language of economics and to demonstrate the tangible reality of its figures.

Emile Kameni,

MSc, PMP - Software Development Manager

Emile started his career as a software developer but quickly fostered a passion for project management. He earned his PMP in 2015 and now has over 10 years experience as a project manager. With his technical and management background, Emile seamlessly transitioned to the role of Software Development Manager at Inteloom in 2018.



Roger Perez,

MSc - Director of Software Delivery

Roger brings more than 20 years of experience as a university professor and 15 years providing support to software developers to his role as Director of Software Delivery at Inteloom. Roger oversees the output of the software team to ensure that Inteloom’s high-standards are met and that object-oriented processes are followed.
